Next Week is Dove Awards Week in Nashville, and Nashville Publicity Group will be hosting a Media Suite in Ryman 3 at the Hilton Nashville Downtown (121 Fourth Avenue South). The suite will be open daily April 19-21 by appointment only. Blessid Union of Souls’ Eliot Sloan to play Tin Pan South

Blessid Union of Souls frontman Eliot Sloan will join Luna Halo’s Cary Barlowe, Matthew West, Shenandoah vocalist Marty Raybon and Brian White – all coming together for an intimate performance on Wednesday, March 31st at The Listening Room Café (209 10th Avenue South) in Nashville. The show starts at 9pm, and the cover charge is $10 at the door. The concert event is part of this year’s Tin Pan South – NSAI’s 18th annual songwriters festival.

ishineiShine LIVE!, a unique faith-based concert tour designed specifically for the tween (ages 8-14) market, will head back out on the road this spring, hitting more than 20 cities nationwide in April and May. The spring tour will feature performances from Paige Armstrong, The Rubyz, Mission Six, Jamie Grace, and iShine newcomers Chelsea Musick, Siloam and Kylie Jean, whose debut album hits stores via iShine Records on May 3rd.

The song – a call to challenge culturally accepted concepts of beauty – is a perfect fit for RANSOM.tv, an online portal with thought-provoking music, videos, interviews and other pieces to appeal to young adults seeking meaning and purpose. The video, shot mostly in Nashville, was produced by the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA). Parts of the video were also shot at BGEA’s studio in Charlotte, NC.

_MG_8484 (2) NPG president Brian Mayes and longtime girlfriend Jessica Lewis were married on February 20th in a private ceremony in Nashville, Tennessee. NPG clients past & present played a big part in the celebration, with Joanne Cash, Everlife and The Imperials performing during the ceremony. At a reception held at Cannery Ballroom, Bryan Duncan & the Nehosoul Band served as the house band, Kevin Max performed his “On & On” for the bride & groom’s first dance, former Earth Wind & Fire vocalist Sheldon Reynolds performed a few of the band’s hits, and Rachael Lampa, Vail Johnson, Kevin LeVar and Jontez were all spotted on stage throughout the evening. The happy couple are honeymooning in the Caribbean.
